When are you open?
For 2025 we’re open from April 26th through October 26th.
Susquehanna River: Open every day, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Frances Slocum State Park:
- Weekends (April 26 – May 18): 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Everyday (May 24 – September 1): Weekdays 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Weekends & Holidays 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekends (September 6 – October 12): 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekday rentals available by reservation for group paddling
Lackawanna State Park:
- Weekends (May 3 – May 18): 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Everyday (May 24 – September 1): Weekdays 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Weekends & Holidays 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Call for group rates or off-hour rentals.
Weekdays: Reservations required with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Weekends: Reservations are strongly recommended but not required.

How do I make reservations?
Booking is easy! You can reserve online at any time. However, if you’re looking to book within 12 hours of your desired time, please give us a call to secure your spot.

A credit card is required to hold your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
What about cancellation?
Cancellations are allowed without penalty up to 48 hours before your scheduled trip. If you cancel within 48 hours, your payment is non-refundable.
In the event of heavy rain or unsafe conditions at our location, you have the option to reschedule or receive a refund in the form of a gift card, which can be used for any future booking.
